Who we are
Dr. Linzie Wood, PT, DPT has been a licensed physical therapist since 2018, with extensive experience helping people with complex needs and challenging medical conditions. She created this program after witnessing the gaps in care for her own aging family members—too often discharged from therapy prematurely and left waiting until the next decline to receive help again. Her mission is to provide meaningful options outside of the traditional medical system, ensuring that you have support to stay strong, independent, and active.
